Dear Disney Trip Participants (and their parents),
Can you believe it?! We are just a little more than 3 weeks from our much-anticipated trip to Southern California and Disneyland! I hope you’re as excited as I am for this amazing trip!
In order to keep you all up-to-date on exactly what will be happening on this trip, please attend our one and only trip meeting on Tuesday, May 13 at 7pm in the high school MPR. At this time you will receive a detailed itinerary with flight and hotel information, a packing list, and other important information and documents. You will also have a chance to meet your trip chaperones and ask any questions you still might have regarding this trip.
Please show up to the meeting with the following documents printed and signed:
- Student Participation & Conduct Agreement
- Medical Authorization Form (students AND chaperones)
NOTE: Some of you filled these items out when you turned in your trip registration. To make sure that the information we have is the most up-to-date, please fill these out again and turn them into me. Previous copies have already been shredded.
As this will be our one and only meeting prior to departure, attendance by chaperones, students, and parents/guardians is vital. If for some reason you absolutely cannot attend, please let me know at your earliest convenience.
All students should have 6 pieces of music they are preparing for this trip. With only 3 weeks to prepare, practicing at home is a must. Please be sure to visit the listening page of the band website at www.hockinsonmusic.com/listening to practice along with the recordings.
