A Musical Tribute to Classic Television Shows – The Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, and Jazz Band will entertain guests with fun music from hit television shows of yesteryear such as The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson, The Flintstones, Looney Tunes, and many more!Gourmet Catered Dinner — A buffet-style catered meal will be served to all of our guests, including appetizers and various drinks.
Gourmet Dessert Auction – Delicious desserts will be available for each table of guests to share; highest bidding table picks first! Bonus – all ‘bids’ are donations to the Music Program!
Deluxe Gift Basket Raffle & Student Contest – Band student groups are creating gorgeous Gift Baskets for lucky guests to win – plus, the basket that garners the most raffle tickets wins a prize for the student group who made it!
Silent Auction Fun – Browse and bid on many wonderful donated items – all to support music at Hockinson High School! Bring your checkbook or a credit card!
Deluxe Dinner Setting – This year’s event will be held in the high school’s Commons; which will be delightfully decorated to enhance our guest’s experience!
New Instruments – This year alone, the Music Boosters have helped purchase over $8,000 worth of new instruments for our music program.Band Uniform Purchases and Upkeep – Music Boosters purchase and maintain student band uniforms.
Support for Extra-Curricular Band Activities – Music Boosters provide support for pep band, parade band, and Symphonic, Wind Ensemble & Jazz Band competitions and performances such as Husky Band Day and state playoff games.
Social Activities – Music Boosters host band social events to promote interest in the Music Program.
Music Supplies & Equipment – Music Boosters purchase items to help fill the gap between school district funding and actual program needs, including the cost of sheet music.
TICKET RESERVATIONS: Reply to this email to reserve seats in your name; please tell us the names of your guests. TICKET PAYMENTS: Cost – $35 per ticket paid by cash/check – or – $36 per ticket paid by credit/debit card on-line (includes $1 processing fee). $25 of the cost of your ticket is considered by the IRS to be a tax-deductible donation to the Music Boosters, a Washington non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
