Please join us for our annual auction, dinner, and concert *On Broadway, a Musical Revue *April 19, 2025 at 6:00pm. A fantastic selection of Broadway showtunes will be performed by our Hockinson High School band students and directed by Corey McEnry. The Music Boosters will transform the HHS Commons and take you on a musical adventure to Broadway. Tickets are on sale NOW and can be purchased HERE. Please share the link with family, friends, and community members. Seating is limited and tickets will sell out!
Guests can expect:
- A dazzling selection of Broadway songs performed by our talented student musicians.
- Delicious catered dinner buffet from Heathen Brewing Feral Public House.
- Work together with your table and bid the highest for your favorite handmade, themed dessert!
- A gift basket raffle and student contest- you can win a themed basket of prizes created by our students.
- Silent/online auction of exciting items donated by the Hockinson community and other HHS Band supporters.
- Wine pull- wine enthusiasts may purchase a card at the event and pickup their matching bottle at the Hockinson Market the week after the event.
In an effort to make the registration and checkout experience more efficient and enjoyable for all, the event will be cashless! Please make sure that each seat purchased is registered with a name, email address, and credit card prior to the date of the event. We will reach out to help facilitate this process for those that are purchasing full tables.
NEW THIS YEAR! We are selling VIP tables of 8! You can guarantee a seat for you and 7 guests in the front row at the year’s most anticipated event! Enjoy prime, front row seating and be invited to plate your dinner before other guests.
We need your help! Your support in selling tickets and gathering auction items is vital to a successful event for the band program. Last year the HHS Music Boosters raised over $50,000 from this event! This is our biggest annual fundraiser and because of your support, we are able to purchase instruments and music, bring in facilitators and section coaches to work with our students, support students through honor band and competition applications, invite the students to travel and experience once-in-a-lifetime performances, and much more!
We are in need of auction donations! Please help by soliciting donations from your company, your neighbors or family members and, if you need some inspiration, you can consider contributing an item for one of the following themed baskets:
1. Pep Band Parent Survival Kit (stadium seats, hand/foot warmers, handheld fan, etc.)
2. Adventure Basket (National Park Pass, hiking/national park books, water bottles, etc.)
3. Explore Clark County Basket (Gift cards of any value to your favorite businesses in Clark County).
Donations are tax deductible and go a long way in helping us raise money at this event!
