First Home Football Game Details

TOMORROW IS GAME DAY, HAWKS!   I’m so excited for our first home football game!  Since this is the first home football game for almost half of our students, I wanted to go over the gameday schedule and procedures.  We went over these in class today, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to loop parents in as well!  🙂   3:30 – School Ends Students are welcome to hang out in the band room when school ends if they do not have a ride home or back to the high school.  This is a good time to eat an early dinner (bring one with you or have a parent drop one off for you).  If you ride the bus I don’t recommend you ride it home on game days, as most students just have… Read More »First Home Football Game Details

Hello Band Students and Parents! All new and returning band students:  Please fill out this form to confirm your status for band camp.  I would appreciate you doing so as soon as possible, or at least by August 1.  Since I know not everyone checks their email regularly over the summer, I would appreciate it if you would ask others you know in band if they received this email.  If you are receiving this email but have decided not to continue with band this year (and I hope that’s not the case), please indicate in the form above so that I can remove you from our mailings and update my rosters accordingly. I am in the process of writing our first halftime show that we will learn at band camp and… Read More »RSVP for Band Camp 2022!

ACTION REQUIRED: Upcoming Performances, Band Officer/Drum Major Elections, and a Desperate Plea

Hi Band Students and Parents   I know you’re probably sick of all the emails coming from me or the Music Boosters, but this is a busy time!  Thanks to the pandemic we’ve postponed a lot of events until the end of the year.  Nevertheless, I still prefer this hectic time over the last 2 years of having to cancel everything!   The boosters will be sending out some important information in the next couple of days about the Blood Drive on May 9 and the Benefit Dinner on May 14, so I thought I would get one email out with my important announcements so you don’t miss them.   Remaining Performances and Practices This document contains all of the remaining important… Read More »ACTION REQUIRED: Upcoming Performances, Band Officer/Drum Major Elections, and a Desperate Plea
